  • Can you help with acne and hyperpigmentation?

    Yes. Our treatments are specifically designed to target common concerns such as acne and  hyperpigmentation. By combining professional skincare with targeted treatment techniques we focus on improving skin clarity, texture and overall balance over time.

  • Are your treatments suitable for sensitive or melanin-rich skin?

    Absolutely! Our approach, products and treatments are designed with these skin types in mind. 

  • Why do I need to do a Skin Care Consultation before being able to do a facial?

    For corrective facials especially, a consultation allows us to properly assess your skin, understand your concerns, and determine the most suitable treatment plan. this ensures that your treatment is fully customized and alogned with your skin's leading to safer, more effective, and longer-lasting results. 


    A complimentary skin consultation is done when you book any of the holistic facials which focuses on barrier repair and skin rejuvenation.


    If your main concerns are acne  and/or hyperpigmentation and you want an indepth consult which lasts about 30-45 minutes it costs $300 in which that money goes towards products that you purchase on the day.


  • Do you offer facials for men?

    Yes! All facials are suitable for men but there is one curated especially with you in mind called the "Beard and Skin Reset Therapy", found in the "Holistic Facials" section when you select "Book Appointment." This facial is designed to address concerns such as ingrown hairs, irritation, acne, dull skin and beard health.

  • Do you offer facials for relaxation?

    Yes! there is a whole section on the booking site that caters to that called "Holistic Facials." These facials focus on giving you an elevated spa experience while restoring the barrier of the skin, repairing sensitive skin and offering skin rejuvention.

  • Do you offer facials for jaw and face tension?

    Yes, absolutely. We offer buccal massage facials that focuses on TMJ and fascia release. You can find it in the "Holistic Facials" section when you select "Book Appointment."
