  • How many treatments will I need?

    Typically 4- 6, however, the number of treatments varies depending on the severity and cause of pigmentation, your skin's response and consistency with recommended home care. 

  • What areas can be treated?

    Treatments can be performed on the external vulva, underarms, buttocks, gluteal cleft, inner thighs elbows and knees.

  • Will my skin become completely light?

    The goal is not to bleach the skin or change your natural skin colour. Treatment focuses on improving the appearance of excess or uneven pigmentation and helping the area look more even-toned.

  • How soon will I see results?

    Most people see results by the 3rd session. Pigmentation changes gradually and multiple sessions are usually needed.

  • Is home care necessary?

    Yes. Appropriate home care helps support your results between appointments, while reducing irritation and other factors that may contribute to recurring discolouration.

  • Can I have the treatment if I sugar or wax?

    Yes, but your hair removal service and brightening treatment will be spaced apart and done at separate appointments to avoid unnecessary irritation to the skin.

  • Is intimate brightening permanent?

    If the factors contributing to the pigmentation persists such as friction or repeated irritation, discolouration may gradually return. Maintenance treatments every few months and home care will give you longer lasting results.

  • Will my skin peel?

    Peeling may occur depending on the method of treatment used. Peeling also is not guaranteed and isn't necessary for seeing results.
