Hi everyone! I am Renika Francis, CEO of Star Naturale Beauty. I fell in love with Aesthetics after graduating from Pivot Point Academy, an internationally accredited school with Honours (with the highest grade in my year-- GPA 99.39%) in 2012. From that point onwards, I never stopped learning and continued my education and training in other aesthetic modalities and eventually landed my feet into sugaring hair removal. After obtaining my sugaring certification from the world renowned company of Alexandria Professional in 2018, I began my serious quest to opening my own business. In 2019, Star Naturale Beauty was born!
Since then, I have done numerous trainings in the beauty industry. I am a also Corneotherapist and became the first person of the Caribbean to be a member of the International Association of Applied Corneotherapy. I have received trainings from intentionally accredited schools in Advanced skin analysis, holistic facials and other skin care modalities such as nononeedling and the list goes on and WILL continue to go on as I am always constantly learning.
Star Naturale Beauty’s colours are white, green and blue, because they all signify earthy colours of course. However, it goes much deeper than that! White signifies the clouds and the ripples in the water but it stands for purity, cleanliness and integrity--the manner in which I always aim to operate my business. Blue signifies my spiritual connection with God and of course the water and the sky. Green represents trees and the mountains, but also growth and prosperity.
It has always been my aim to stand out in an industry where everyone all offered the same services. How could my business possibly be different? What gap could it fill? What I did was marry my personality into my spa. After all, we’re all unique right? I am someone that absolutely loves natural spaces and the environment. As such, everything Star Naturale Beauty offers is mostly organic, environmentally friendly, vegan and animal cruelty-free but yet still very effective and safe even for the most sensitive skins! Sugaring fell right into that philosophy and since I was among the first set of Alexandria Professional trained sugarists in Trinidad and Tobago, I definitely found my niche that allowed SNB to further differentiate itself! All of the other beauty services offered uses products that fall into any of those above mentioned categories.
So yes, this spa embodies a lot of who I am but it was also created with a lot of YOU in mind. Today we live in a society where people are ever so conscious of what goes on and into their skin. You want to ensure that products are formulated with the purest of ingredients but you also want it to work! You want a space where YOU feel valued, accepted, appreciated and cared for while getting your treatments done. You want to be treated respectfully with persons that are professional! You want to feel like your time and money spent is well worth it. Well this is what Star Naturale Beauty is about! It gives me great joy to offer my business and services to you.
