Hi, I am Renika Francis, Founder of Star Naturale Beauty, Integrative Aesthetician and Educator.
My journey in aesthetics began after graduating from Pivot Point Academy, an internationally accredited school with Honours (with the highest grade in my year-- GPA 99.39%) in 2012. From that moment, I committed myself to continuous education, refinement, and mastery of the skin. What started as a passion quickly evolved into a deeper purpose- to transform the way skin and hair removal services are performed, especially for melanin-rich and sensitive skin.
Today I specialize in skin-focused sugaring hair removal and intimate skin health, alongside corrective and holistic facial treatments designed to restore, strengthen, and transform the skin.
My core expertise includes:
- Advanced sugaring hair removal with a strong focus on skin preservation, ingrown prevention, and barrier protection
- Intimate skin health and brightening, including treatment of hyperpigmentation and chronic ingrowns
- Corrective facials acne, hyperpigmentation, and compromised skin.
- Holistic barrier-repair facials for sensitive and reactive skin types
- Men's skin and beard-related concerns, including ingrowns and irritation.
I am proud to be the first person of the Caribbean to become a member of the Association for Applied Corneotherapy. I serve as a Mentor for Mr Lulu Skincare guiding Aestheticians on the brand, and a Regional Educator for Alexandria Professional where I train estheticians in professional sugaring techniques across the Caribbean.
Our approach is different. We don't believe in aggressive, one-size-fits-all treatments. Instead, every service is customized through in-depth consultation, taking into account your lifestyle, internal health, and skin history. This allows us to treat your skin clinically, from a truly integrative, whole-body perspective, delivering results that are both visible and sustainable.
