After my first visit, I’ve been completely converted to sugaring. Renika is very friendly and explains the entire process to you. Her customer service is amazing - it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced any esthetician follow up with me after a service to ensure everything is going alright. Compared to waxing, I’ve definitely seen major improvements in my skin since I started sugaring by Renika.

Had a really great experience with Renika and will continue to visit her for regular appointments. She made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout a service that can be uncomfortable and awkward. She made sure to keep me informed of what she was doing and the purpose of each step of the service. The treatment itself was a special luxury and you definitely get your money's worth! As for the results of the hair removal, I am amazed! The skin is left smooth and silky, and regrowth is so slow I can't even believe my own eyes! Honestly for someone who goes to the beach/pool often, sugaring has been life changing!!

I first found Renika when I was preparing for carnival because carnival costumes are not hair friendly lol. Having only shaved or used hair removal cream and never having waxed before, I was super nervous because I had heard some horror stories about waxing.

Renika was super calm and kept me relaxed throughout especially after she explained that  the sugar paste used in sugaring didn’t stick to the skin, it was actually less painful than waxing! Several sugaring sessions later, it’s become completely bearable despite the fact that I’m still a drama queen. Definitely check her out and try sugaring, you won’t regret it!

She's knowledgeable and genuine. I like how she follows up to ensure that all is going well in between services and offers tips to ensure that your skin gets the proper care. The first time I visited Star Naturale Beauty to have my eyebrows sugared I became a convert to the extent that I ventured to have my underarms done. Yikes!!! No more razors for me 😉. Renika’s professionalisms and care is second to none. On other occasions I had the Deep Tissue Massage and my last massage was the Cupping Massage. I will not recommend one over another because my choices were based on my personal and physical needs at the time and certainly Renika tweaked her treatment based on her findings.
