At Star Naturale Beauty your health and safety have always been at topmost priority. Rest assured that it has ALWAYS been the custom of SNB to engage in infection control policies by wearing gloves throughout your entire treatment and never double dipping and ensuring that the bed and all tools/implements used on each client are cleaned and disinfected and freshly laundered towels are used on EACH client. 

Some additional steps that will be taken in light of Covid-19 are:

·        Consultation forms are to be filled out online

·        All care sheets will be given online

·        Protective gear of face mask, eye goggles/face shield will be worn to protect both parties involved 

·        All door handles, surfaces, product bottles used during treatment, toilet facilities and other places of contact will be disinfected BEFORE and AFTER each client.

GUIDELINES FOR CLIENTS

·        Please wear your face mask when coming to your appointment. It is to be kept on during your entire treatment/stay at the spa unless your are doing a facial treatment.

·        The first thing you are required to do is wash your hands on entering.

·        If you are sick with fever or flu-like symptoms please reschedule your appointment when you are completely well.

·        Unfortunately, no other person but you will be allowed in the treatment room.

·        Only one person will be allowed to be in the waiting/reception area. As such, in some cases you or the the person accompanying you must wait in his/her car. Whoever is waiting in the reception area must wear a mask at all times and sanitize hands on entering.

·        Please leave your children at home.

·        Unfortunately, hugging or shaking hands will no longer be allowed.

·        It is advised to pay for your service online to limit the handling of cash.

·        On leaving the premises, please use the hand sanitizer provided.
